"The King
1. The King is elected by all the people in a public election, and has no set term. He is crowned by the High Priest of Nor-Krantism in the name of Woten, regardless of religious belief or conviction, and the coronation occurs in the Grand Temple of Bergbuurg.
2. Prior to his coronation the King-elect must rescind all connections to political parties and sectarian politics.
3. The King may be removed by the Althing if he is found to have committed a crime or if the Moot chooses to replace him.
4. The King may set national policy based upon the advice of the Witen.
5. The King may dissolve the Althing and call for new elections if it is advised him by the Witen.
6. The King selects the Mistren of his cabinet with the except of the Nor-Krantisk Priest; all his nominations must then be confirmed by the Althing. The King may dismiss any Mister or any Ministryal employee.
7. In the event that a Mister is absent for a prolonged period, the King may appoint a temporary replacement.
8. The King may create new ministryen, which requires the approval of the Althing.
9. The King holds a seat on the Witen, granting him a single vote in the council.
10. The King holds a seat on the General Staff.
11. The King may veto legislation passed by the Althing and Witen.
12. In the event of the King’s absence he may appoint a regent. If the King does not appoint a regent, the members of the cabinet will appoint one from within their own ranks.
13. On the occasion that a new nation joins Arminy as a state, the population of Arminy including the new state shall hold a referendum, wherein they will choose whether or not a new vote for king should be held. If they choose to hold the referendum procedures will occur as in a normal election for king.
